I am amongst the first Jump Movement certified professionals who had the privilege of doing the first Jumps in Africa and trained with Ineke. Have conducted a done social and business jump programs in Nairobi, which have brought tangible results to organizations I am Consultant, facilitator, Master NLPs for executive coaching and mentoring, and an investor in several fields including HR, business and finance, banking, strategy and ISO. I firmly believe in empowering the work force and strengthening the systems they work makes dramatic change. Having work for a global ISO Consultancy head quatered in UK. Currently in the process of completing ISO for the first NGO in Africa, and a host of Companies including SMEs in manufacturing, service and distribution. One of the companies in ISO process, found that combining ISO Process together with Jump Method Movement assisted them not only improve efficiencies and also through 3 month Jump Movement Program improve on non tangible goals like communication, which went up between 60% to 85%. I currently consultant between Kenya and India and would be able to support in either country
